So modern warehousing has generally been placed very close to the next building. Access can be tight, building maintenance seemingly impossible at times. This is the problem we met with this particular building and it did create a few challenges for the team. However, we have cleaned and treated all the cladding removing the biological growth present, and we have emptied and cleared all the gutters to the building.
