Getting ready for eating al fresco!

Today we are completing our annual clean of Burscough wharf which if you havent visited is a lovely courtyard area filled with independent cafes and bars in Burscough Lancashire. Here is one of our favourite eaterys Hugos. Run by a family and offering a lovely variety of hot food and cakes, we are delighted to be preparing the outside space ready for spring when hopefully we can enjoy some alfresco dining again.

Can you see the difference in the floor area? Winter brings a build up of dirt and detritus that makes these beautiful cobbles dull and lifeless. It also doesnt make for a particularly nice dining experience. But we will have it looking beautiful again with a deep clean. All health and safety of customers and passers by are taken into account and risk assessments/method statement prepared before a clean like this is undertaken.
