The simple answer to this is no. Not until the infection that is causing the green appearance has been killed and dealt with. Painting it simply traps the problem and it will soon be back. You need a gentle softwash treatment that can work over time to bring the colour back to its original status.

Rendered surfaces need to be treated gently. When the surface has an infection such as the image shows,it needs to have a thorough clean using a soft wash formula. You must not paint the surface until this has been completed otherwise it will just appear through the paint again Very quickly.

The short answer is no! Not without killing the infection at its root source first. Any green, red or black that appears on render is generally a type of algae that will continue to grow even if you paint it. This will make it an expensive waste of time.
