Should i paint my render?

Ever thought that you need to paint your render when it starts to have black/red or green patches to it? Very often this is a biological growth that needs to be treated and killed. How do I clean my render?

Rendered surfaces need to be treated gently. When the surface has an infection such as the image shows,it needs to have a thorough clean using a soft wash formula. You must not paint the surface until this has been completed otherwise it will just appear through the paint again Very quickly.

We have the equipment and training to be able to kill the biological growth and restore the render to its correct colour.

Should I paint my render?

The short answer is no! Not without killing the infection at its root source first. Any green, red or black that appears on render is generally a type of algae that will continue to grow even if you paint it. This will make it an expensive waste of time.
