This customer has had a gentle roof clean to remove moss and biological growth and then a treatment of biocide to kick start a self cleaning process.
Their fascias and gutters had not been cleaned for a couple of years so the difference is quite stark. It will be an ongoing maintenance project here as the property is under the umbrella of a listed tree so it will always be an issue. However with a regular spray for the roof, and a clean of the gutters yearly we will keep it in tip top condition
